The staff team are central to the success of the school and each person has a valuable part to play in its development. To be successful it is essential that staff recognise their professional responsibilities both collectively and individually. They are role models in learning and as such are actively seeking opportunities to further their own knowledge and skills.

Our learning community is facilitated by a management structure which clearly communicates the purpose and direction of the school, and a system of continuous professional development which ensures equality of training opportunities to support staff in carrying out their many and significant responsibilities at work.
